Both houses are similar in size, design, construction and presentation with the owners house having a more modern and practical touch, plain colonial tiles and mid-century modern furniture. The kitchen is also more generously appointed, with a full cooker oven (gas/electric) and bigger storage space.  There is a generous utility and storage room and large maids room.  The second upstairs bedroom is currently furnished as a study/office.
