This is not a normal run-of-the-mill regular resort. Pre covid, it specialized in long term rentals with a high to exceptionally high occupancy rate. History
Well constructed in 2015 with an abundance of flair and style and leaning heavily on a Mediterranean influence and style, it is built around 2 separate plazas, one with communal swimming pool and restaurant (on rental), visitor bathrooms and the other with a central fountain. There is a vacant two storey bakery (with elevator) and large walk in oven. In Our Opinion: If set up correctly, this could once again be an easily run productive long term business being easily managed with rental income from restaurant, bakery, and 46 residential rental units or it could be used for the lucrative short term visitor stay.  With it’s immense character and charm it should be full of happy customers.
