This is not a normal run-of-the-mill regular resort. Pre covid, it specialized in long term rentals with a high to exceptionally high occupancy rate. This enabled it to be run with VERY few staff (3) as each unit was self contained and looked after their own laundry, cleaning and cooking etc. The clientele was predominantly farang including contract workers in the industrial estates and off shore workers who would keep a permanent room. History
Well constructed in 2015 with an abundance of flair and style and leaning heavily on a Mediterranean influence and style, it is built around 2 separate plazas, one with communal swimming pool and restaurant (on rental), visitor bathrooms and the other with a central fountain. There is a vacant two storey bakery (with elevator) and large walk in oven. The character of the buildings and plazas is most apparent with stonework, brick work and rendering throughout the resort.  Select artwork has been placed throughout to make it distinctive and attractive and ideal for those all important selfies

Each unit is self contained with their own electricity supply / meter, kitchenette and up to 2 bathrooms thereby making ideal for long term stay

In Our Opinion: If set up correctly, this could once again be an easily run productive long term business being easily managed with rental income from restaurant, bakery, and 46 residential rental units or it could be used for the lucrative short term visitor stay.  With it’s immense character and charm it should be full of happy customers.
